In the field right next to the restaurant,
we grow vegetables and herbs with organic, pesticide-free cultivation.
Vegetables freshly picked with morning dew
have a strong scent and surprising sweetness.

Hamamatsu, surrounded by rich nature, is a treasure trove of ingredients.
